They ensure stability, load capacity, and access integrity for all elevated work areas. The Scaffolding Foremen coordinate scaffold crews, allocate tasks, inspect installations, and ensure compliance with safety procedures before use. Scaffolding Inspectors perform detailed checks on erected scaffolds, ensuring they meet quality and safety benchmarks prior to issuing permits. The Scaffolding Permit Receivers handle permit-to-work documentation, coordinate with clients and site management, and ensure authorization for all scaffold-related activities. Meanwhile, the Hole Watch Men monitor confined spaces to ensure the safety of workers inside tanks or pits, while Firewatch Men remain on standby during hot works, ready with extinguishers and safety gear to prevent and respond to fire hazards. Together, these roles form a vital safety network on any industrial site.
