Each of these roles plays a crucial part in supporting the operational safety, structural setup, and maintenance activities within major industrial environments such as steel plants, refineries, and construction zones. Key Responsibilities

Fire Watcher (Hadeed Approved): Responsible for monitoring areas where hot work is performed, ensuring fire safety compliance, and preventing incidents caused by sparks, heat, or flammable materials. Fire Watchers must remain alert throughout operations, inspect work areas before and after jobs, and respond immediately to any fire hazards using firefighting equipment.

Scaffolder (TUV Certified): In charge of assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures at construction and maintenance sites. Scaffolders ensure platforms are stable and meet safety standards for workers performing tasks at heights. TUV certification ensures their work aligns with international safety norms.

Chamber Technicians: Responsible for operating, maintaining, and supervising chamber-related work processes, ensuring efficiency and safety. They assist in inspection, maintenance, and cleaning operations inside industrial chambers or tanks and must comply with confined space entry protocols.

Each role contributes significantly to operational excellence by maintaining workplace safety, supporting maintenance teams, and preventing accidents through careful monitoring and adherence to industrial procedures.

Skills and Knowledge

All applicants must demonstrate technical knowledge, practical skills, and awareness of safety protocols relevant to their positions.
